Our conference program begins on Friday and ends on Sunday. We highly recommend you spend at least 2 nights at the Hotel Roanoke, checking in on Friday, January 22nd and checking out on Sunday, January 24th unless you plan to stay over after the Artisan Craft Fair on Sunday, in which case we’ve blocked a few rooms for those of you who wish to stay an extra night and check out on Monday.
To guarantee you receive the conference rate from our room block be sure to make your reservation as soon as possible.
No payment is required until you check out of the hotel at the end of the conference, but you will need to give credit card information when you make your reservation. (Staying at Hotel Roanoke is not a requirement of this event.)
