On our tour, you will visit 3 Southside area restaurants to sample Virginia oysters in various preparations (raw, stewed, fried, rockafeller, etc.) via our executive coach selected by Chef and Food Historian Patrick Evans-Hylton. Guests will receive guided tastings paired expertly with Virginia craft beers as well as receive regional recipes developed by Patrick himself.
