The Aztecs, the Spanish and Us: Hand Made Chocolate Craft
Learn Aztec techniques of grinding, paste-making and mixing to craft traditional mole sauce, hot chocolate and hardened chocolate. Enjoy a mole-sauced lunch meal and take home a sample of the class chocolate production.
Leni Sorensen is a culinary historian and teacher of home provisioning and rural life skills. She has been teaching cooking, presenting and consulting in the field of cultural and culinary history for over 30 years.
