The 1st Annual Appomattox Oyster & Seafood Festival will be held at Clover Hill Village on Saturday, September 23, 2017 and is presented by the Appomattox County Historical Society. We will have Breweries, Cideries, Distilleries & Wineries to help wash down the oysters & seafood. There will be various vendors on hand providing everything from cigars, baskets, jams and jellies, wood crafting, fragrances, clothing/accessories and exotic oils! This is a family event, so we will have activities for the kids to keep them busy! The crowds will be entertained by live music throughout the day. Special pricing for adults is in place for those who want to come out and enjoy the festival without drinking!

This event will be held annually, starting in 2018, on the first Saturday in April as a benefit for the Appomattox Chamber of Commerce and the Clover Hill Village Living History Center. The proceeds from this event will help to repair, maintain & improve the Clover Hill Village.
The Appomattox Oyster & Seafood Festival will take place rain or shine. No Refunds. You must be 21 with a valid ID to consume alcohol. EVERYONE must show their valid ID at the Gate. The Gate opens at 12 pm. Admissions with “Tastings” include a souvenir glass while supplies last. For tickets purchased at the Gate, cash or credit cards are accepted, checks are NOT accepted. There is no ATM on premises, so bring any extra cash you think you might need. For the safety of all of our guests, NO PETS ALLOWED, except service dogs required because of a disability. NO FIREARMS OR WEAPONS ALLOWED.
NO COOLERS OR CONTAINERS. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR ALCOHOL. Bags and backpacks are subject to search. Blankets and small folding chairs ARE permitted. Pop-up tents must be placed in selected areas. We reserve the right to refuse to serve anyone. If you are asked to leave the premises by event staff, you will not receive a refund. Children must remain with their parents at all times and may not consume, taste or hold any alcoholic beverage.

We have plenty of parking on the property, there is NO PARKING in the road
