I am a maker of utilitarian and sculptural clay forms. I have been a full time potter since graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Sculpture. I embrace many styles a facets of clay and choose to work with stoneware because it has such a tolerance for large scale vessels. My favorite arenas of work to date are teapots, sink-basins, lighting, and figurative vessels. I own and operate The Barn Swallow Gallery in Charlottesville, Virginia.
