I have been making pottery since 1990.
I make high-fired functional stoneware with some oriental influences. My
showroom always includes bowls, plates, mugs, vases, oil jars, garlic keepers,
espresso cups, sake sets, some raku items, and more. All very reasonably
priced. I’m happy to show visitors around the studio, kilns, and other
facilities. The pottery is located on the lower level of a former circa-1840
dairy barn set on 20 acres just a few minutes west of downtown Leesburg. My
work is also represented by the Cooley Gallery on north King Street, across the
street from the old courthouse.
I also give one-hour bowl-making lessons for beginners ($30).
