The Leesburg Town Hall Campus is located at 25 West Market Street and includes the Town Hall, the Town Hall parking garage, the Town Green, the Rose Garden, Loudoun Museum, and Mervin Jackson Park.
The Leesburg Town Exhibit Hall has three exhibit areas. One alcove of the lobby features the Town’s permanent collection of art. The main hallways of the first floor feature rotating exhibits by local and regional artists. These exhibits change on a quarterly basis. The second floor hallway features rotating exhibits of art by Loudoun County Public Schools students. All three exhibit areas are open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. They are also open on the of each month (except January) until 9:00 p.m.

The Town Hall Parking Garage features a bike-theme mural on the first level, by the bike racks.
